Shipping Rates (U.S. Orders):

Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).

For orders under $100, we offer Standard, 2-Day and Next Day Shipping which is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Shipping to HI, AK, and PR is $20.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery times may vary slightly due to high demand, holidays, or carrier delays.
International Orders:
We currently offer international shipping to the UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Stay tuned as we expand our reach globally.

Returns and Exchanges
Aren’t satisfied? No problem! We offer returns and exchanges up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please email our Customer Care team at info@deawy.com or call us at (212) 660-9990, and let us know the products you would like to return or exchange.
Returns
We were able to take care of your shipping, but will need you to cover returning the goods to us. All items shall be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and/ or trackable mail service. Please note: we will need the receipt and product in hand in order to process returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that is not returned in new or gently used condition.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note, we only replace items received defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, the credit will appear in your account.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
