Where does DĒAWY ship?
DĒAWY currently only ships within the United States.
When will my order ship?
Orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process (orders placed after 2pm EST are processed the next business day). Once processed, a member of the DĒAWY team will personally pack and ship your order and send a notification email with a tracking number for your reference.
Can I edit my shipping address after I have placed my order?
Sorry, once orders are submitted, no changes may be made to shipping and/or billing information.
How can I find out more about a particular product?

What skin types are DĒAWY products meant for?
DĒAWY products are appropriate for all skin types who are looking for a natural youthful glow. They are vegan, non-toxic, never tested on animals, hypoallergenic, formulated without parabens, and physician tested and approved.
Do my products have an expiration date?
All of DĒAWY’s products are made locally in small batches to ensure product quality. Ultraviolet glass bottles are used to preserve the efficacy of the contents within without the use of synthetic preservatives. Even so, it’s best to use DĒAWY products within 2 years of receipt.
Do you test on animals?
We’re Leaping-Bunny certified to boot.
How can I pay with an eGift Card?
eGift Cards work like store credit on DEAWY.com. Once you have applied the eGift Card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.
How can I redeem an eGift Card?
Easy. All you have to do is create an account, login and enter the code on the eGift Card.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Can I cancel an order after it’s placed?
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by emailing our care team at email@example.com requesting cancellation.
What happens if I return my bottles via the DĒ-CYCLE program?
